Craig has over 22 years experience working in the financial services industry. Growing up in Syosset, Craig is Long-Island raised. Craig attended New England College in New Hampshire, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Administration. Craig also earned a Masters Degree in International Banking and Finance from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Craig holds numerous securities licenses, among which include the Series 7 General Securities Representative, and Series 24 General Securities Principal. Craig has over 23 years experience working in the Financial Services Industry. Craig also founded the financial services firm, Craig James Financial Services, LLC, in 2007 with offices in Melville and Riverhead. Craig founded his own firm in order to provide his clients with independent objective financial advice.

Outside of the office, Craig is a certified Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and the former First Assistant Chief of the Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance. Craig holds affiliations with many local business and social organizations, such as the Melville Chamber of Commerce and the Hauppauge Industrial Association. Craig is also Youth Minister Emeritus at St. Frances de Chantal Church in Wantagh and at Sacred Heart Church in Cutchogue. Craig participates annually in the ACS Breast Cancer Walk and Relay for Life. Craig also helps with fund raising events for children through FACES (Finding a Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures) based in New York City.

After working in the industry for over 22 years, Craig knows the importance of financial education and has seen firsthand the impact financial education can make on one’s life.  With a desire to do more, Craig is delighted to be the NY Chapter Director and educate his local community.

Craig is married to his wife Jennifer and they have 3 children, Freesia age 11, CJ age 9, and Jean-Paul age 7.

Bruce R. Bruce holds Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. John’s University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and of the Nassau County Bar Association, where he is active in the Elderlaw and Trusts and Estates Committees.

Bruce resides in Cold Spring Harbor where he is a member of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department, and volunteers as a Critical Care EMT at both Cold Spring Harbor and the Huntington Community First Aid Squad. Bruce has also been elected a Commissioner of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire District.

Bruce is married and between them he and his wife, Teresa, have 6 children and two grandchildren.

David has over 27 years working as a professional in the mortgage and real estate industries. He is a true Long Islander growing up in both Sayville and Bayport. He attended New York Military Academy and went on to graduate from Norwich Military University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also completed post graduate studies at Dartmouth and Tufts Universities.

David began his career in 1983 working as an apprentice appraiser and licensed real estate agent in his family owned and operated business. After becoming a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, he then went on to receive his certification as a licensed NYS Certified General Appraiser and NYS Certified Residential Appraiser. In 1988 while continuing to work as an appraiser, he decided to create his own company and became the founder of The Mortgage Outlet. David had a vision that by educating his clients and providing them with superior customer service, he would be able to create loyal clients for life. His philosophy, “Creating Loyal Clients for Life is the Best Form of Advertising” has allowed him to spend the last 22 years working successfully in the mortgage industry.

David presently holds the following licenses including NYS Mortgage Broker License, NYS Real Estate Broker License and he is also an FHA/HUD Approved Loan Correspondent. His certifications include Certified Senior Advisor, NYS Residential Instructor Certificate and the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval.

David keeps current with all the changes that are happening in the mortgage industry by maintaining memberships in the following organizations: National Association of Mortgage Brokers, NY Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, National Aging in Place Council, Society of Senior Advisors, and National Care Planning Council. He is also a past president of the Sayville Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellowship award winner.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and training for Triathlons. He has been married to his wife Jacqueline for 23 years and they have two daughters, Alexandra age 22 and Erika age 20.
